Uploading copyright protected material, aswell as pornographic, violent, offensive, or other material that violates any current german law, is not allowed.

As operator of picfu.net I am only service provider (as stated in §8, §9 and §11 TDG). The only person that can be held responsible for any uploaded data is always the person uploading and using the data to embed in builletin board, websites, emails or similar, respectively the corresponding content provider. Requests and hints, to delete illegitimate data will be meet within an adequate time. Accredited institutions of youth protection and law enforcement authorities will be allowed access to server logfiles in case of orderly request. Contact information can be found in the imprint.
